If you register via the website, the price may be settled either by credit card or by bank transfer. In case of payment by bank transfer, you will be asked to bring a proof of payment in order to gain admission to the assessment. Should you prefer to register at the assessment location, the price may be settled on site either by credit/debit card or cash.
Of course! You may cancel a booking until 2 days before the assessment by sending an email to email@example.com. If your booking had already been paid, our accounting department will contact you to arrange a full refund.
Only your knowledge, your passport/identity card and a pilot licence! Everything else (pen, paper…) is provided by AVIAtest.
If you had booked an assessment but you arrive after the start of the session, we will not be able to accept you into the assessment room to avoid disturbing the candidate(s) being assessed. You may either stay until the end of the session in progress and report to a member of the assessment team to enquire about the available options or send an email within 5 business days to firstname.lastname@example.org to explain your situation.
AVIAtest will normally deliver your results in person, minutes after the end of your assessment. Should you choose not to wait, your certificate will be sent to you by regular mail within five business days of the end of your assessment.
The complete list of results is as well transmitted to the relevant Aviation Authorities.
Should you not meet the required standard of any section of the assessment, you will be informed by regular mail with a detailed explanation your results and the comments and advice from the assessors. AVIAtest will also inform you of the options available to you for training in order to improve your chances of success in a future re-assessment.
In the case of a failure, a re-assessment by AVIAtest may not be taken within 24 hours of the original assessment.
